Hi Walrus families.  Sorry for the number of emails today but this week is a big one with 2 Meets and our first HOME meet on Saturday.  There are a few things that we need you to do for your swimmer(s).

1) Sign your swimmers up for events for this Saturday's Home Meet on Swimtopia.  ALL ENTRIES FOR SATURDAY'S MEET ARE DUE BY 9am THURSDAY.  If you do NOT Sign up, we will assume you will NOT be participating in this meet.  Entries will be reviewed by the coaches and can be adjusted as they communicate with the swimmers.  Here's how to Signup:  

• Click here to get to our homepage.
• Click on the tab Signup Calendar
• Click on the GREEN button that says MEET ENTRY for the HOME Meet vs. Parkwood/Bucking Horse June 18th.
• Click the EDIT button.  This allows you to declare that your swimmer will attend or not attend the meet. 
• For each swimmer click the drop down box that states whether they will attend the meet or not.  
• A list of event options will appear for each swimmer.  
• SELECT ONLY 3 Events.  
• Click SAVE at the bottom of the page.  
• You can go in and edit the events later if needed, using the same process.
• There is also a drop box to let the coaches know you are available for relays and a notes section that you can communicate with the coaches.  

2) SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEERING at any of our HOME MEETS - using the same process.  Click on Calendar Signup, THEN Click on JOB SIGNUP instead of Meet Entry.

3)  Sign up on Meet Entries for all the rest of our Meets for the season.  You don't have to select 3 events yet, but you can declare whether or not your swimmer will be attending.  This helps our coaches A LOT!!
