Swim Team Reminders!

Online Registration:

• Please register by visiting https://willowspringsswimteam.swimtopia.com/register
• Registration opens on Friday May 12, 2023
• Information will be populated from last year, and you will have a chance to edit or add info as needed. If you have forgotten your password, use the “forgot password link” to reset it.
• Payment is not due until June 2nd. Please select “pay by check.” Then, you can decide if you want to actually pay by check or Venmo the team account - there is a small fee to cover processing fees with Venmo (details on registration site). Checks will be collected at swim team practices.
• We will be collecting a $100 check (or cash) from each family as a volunteer deposit. This check will not be cashed and will be returned at the end of the season as long as your family volunteers. We are asking each family to sign up for an equivalent of 3 volunteer points. Volunteer sign-up information will come out May 12th, and we will help you learn anything - it is easy and fun! Thanks for your support!

Merchandise and Team Swimming Suits:

WSST merchandise orders are due to Amber Messersmith by Friday May 19th to guarantee your item in your size. See the attached order form for pricing, payment, and contact informationMore information at the meeting on 5/11. The Team will have merchandise to sell throughout the season (we have plenty of swim caps), but sizes may be limited.

We recommend families go to MI Sports in Loveland (3400 N Garfield Loveland, CO 80538) to be fitted for team suits and goggles. Families can mention Willow Springs Swim Team for a 10% discount off goggles, etc. If MI Sports has the suit size you need in stock, you can purchase it and take it home. Otherwise the suits will need to be ordered through the online link:

The order deadline is June 3rd. Suits ordered online will be picked and distributed by Amber Messersmith.

All team merchandise and suits take about 2 weeks to come in.
