Online Registration

• Please register by visiting:

• Registration opens on Thursday, May 16. Final date to register is June 7.
• Information will be populated from last year, and you will have a chance to edit or add info as needed. If you have forgotten your password, use the “forgot password link” to reset it.
• Payment is not due until June 7. Please select “pay by check.” Then, you can decide if you want to actually pay by check or Venmo the team account - there is a small fee to cover processing fees with Venmo (details on registration site). Checks will be collected at swim team practices.
• We will be collecting a $100 check (or cash) from each family as a volunteer deposit. This check will not be cashed and will be returned at the end of the season as long as your family volunteers.
• The 2024 WSST Schedule is attached. 

Swimsuits (optional)

• We recommend families go to MI Sports in Loveland (3400 N Garfield Loveland, CO 80538) to be fitted for team suits and goggles. Swimsuit orders are due by 6/8. Families can mention Willow Springs Swim Team for a 10% discount off goggles, etc. If MI Sports has the suit size you need in stock, you can purchase it and take it home. Otherwise the suits will need to be ordered through the online link:

Swim Team Merchandise (optional)

We have Willow Springs Walrus merchandise for sale including swim caps, t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, tanks, and trucker style hats. See merchandise order form (attached) for details. Merchandise orders are due by 5/22 to Amber Messersmith. Pay via Check payable to Willow Springs Swim Team, or cash, or Venmo @Chris-Messersmith. Return Merchandise Order Form to Amber Messersmith, at 5500 White Willow Dr. (blue cooler on front porch) or text order to 970.980.5980 or email at: [email protected]
