Hi Walruses!

Our first meet is NEXT SATURDAY, June 15th at the Huntington Hills Pool. Please take a moment to declare if your swimmer will or will not attend the meet.

• When you log in to Swimtopia click the green "Meet Entry Open" button.
• Use the drop-down menu to select whether or not your swimmer will attend the meet.
• If they ARE attending, please ask your swimmer which events (up to 3 individual events) they would like to swim.
• You can also indicate if your swimmer would like to participate in relays; the coaches will make all relay teams based on responses.

If you are unsure about which events to choose, check with Coach Lily at practice this week (or have your swimmer ask!)

This process is pretty easy, but we know this is new for many of you! We are happy to help. You can always reply to this email for help as well.

Please complete this process by Wednesday, June 12th at 12:30 PM. This gives us time to review entries and work with the other teams to create the heat sheets for the meet.
