Hello Walruses,

I hope everyone had a fun & safe 4th of July! We are very quickly approaching the end of our season (what?!), so please read through the meet information below:

7/12 Swim Meet @ Huntington Hills

• Our last swim meet before City Meet is on Saturday 7/12 at 8am against Huntington Hills.
• Entries are now open for this meet- please have all entries in by Thursday, July 10th at 10am.
• The theme of the meet: Hawaiian! Rumor has it there will be prizes for the best dressed. 
• I will send out more meet information towards the end of the week.

City Meet- Friday, July 18th and Saturday, July 19th

• City Meet is less than 2 weeks away. This is the final meet for ALL Horsetooth League teams. It will be hosted at the SCCA pool this year. 
• Entries are now OPEN. Please have your City Meet entries in by Friday, July 11th at 12pm. 
• Friday, July 18th will be 11 & Overs, and Saturday, July 19th will be 10 & Unders.
• Fees: Each swimmer has a meet entry fee of $5, with a $7 fee per individual event.
  • Once you have signed up for events, please bring cash or a check by the pool to cover your swimmer's fees. 
• There are various volunteer positions (timers/runners) that are now open. Please take a look and see if you are able to assist. Thank you for all of the amazing help!

If your swimmer has not participated in a meet yet, but plans on swimming at the City Meet, please have them participate in this Saturday's meet. City Meet can be overwhelming due to the number of swimmers participating, so it is in everyone's best interest to get some practice in before that!
